Monitor: 2 years warranty

Accessories (power cable, stand, and other components): 3 years

Discontinued products: Parts supply for up to a maximum of 10 years

1. If the product fails during the warranty period while being used normally and in accordance with the instructions and precautions provided in the user manual, product labels, or other accompanying documentation, the Company will repair it free of charge. Repairs for failures occurring after the warranty period has expired will be provided on a paid basis.

2.Please note that the warranty does not apply to lost products, products for which the Company has already processed a refund, or failures resulting from customer negligence.

3.This warranty is valid only in the original country.

4. In the following circumstances, the product will not qualify for free warranty service; however, the Company may offer paid repair services depending on the customer's situation:

(1) Unauthorized modifications made by the customer

(2) Use of the product in a manner not described in the user manual

(3) Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., lightning strikes or floods)

(4) Physical damage not attributable to the product itself, such as that resulting from impact or dropping
